Presenter applying for 'Stipend'
Students (bachelor, master, ‘forskerlinje’ and PhD candidates) who give a presentation (oral or poster) may apply for financial support (‘stipend’) from NSFT funded by BCPT. The amount of the ‘stipend’ depends on how many apply and will vary from one year to the next. No further application than checking here is required.

Accomodation

Check for the whole meeting or for individual day(s) if you do not want all.
For double room, name person you want to share room with in the next comment field. This also applies for reservation of apartment.
NB: You need not contact the hotel now. NSFT will reserve the rooms.
Payment for the rooms directly to the hotel at checkout. To cancel reservation, please email secretary@nsft.no no later than 48 hrs before meeting, otherwise you will be charged ‘no show’.

Thursday lunch
Thursday lunch is not included in hotel reservation. Please tick here if you want lunch this day. (Thursday dinner and all meals until and including Sunday breakfast are included in hotel or apartment reservations for these days). Alternatively you may also choose to register for Thursday lunch at check-in.

Interest in transport from/to Gol station?
We are checking the possibility for setting up a taxi transfer, in part sponsored by the NSFT, from Gol Thursday and return Sunday (corresponding with the morning train from Bergen and back). Check here if you want more info on this, and you will be contacted (non-binding).
