The annual NSFT award for the scientific publication of the year in pharmacology goes to Stanislava Stevanovic and her co-authors for the paper «The SGLT2 inhibitor empagliflozin promotes increased fatty acid oxidation in skeletal muscle cells» published in Naunyn-Schmiedeberg’s Archives of Pharmacology, October 2025. The winner will present this paper at the NSFT Winter Meeting, January 22, 2026.
