Accomodation

Check for the whole meeting or for individual day(s) if you do not want all.
For double room, name person you want to share room with in the next comment field.
NB: You need not contact the hotel now. NSFT will reserve the rooms.
Payment for the rooms directly to the hotel at checkout. To cancel reservation, please email secretary@nsft.no no later than 48 hrs before meeting, otherwise you will be charged ‘no show’.

If you will share double room with attendee, give names here.
Name and age of accompanying persons (not attending the meeting). If more than one, separate by commas in this field.
Wednesday lunch and dinner
Wednesday lunch and dinner is not included in the hotel reservation. Please tick here if you want lunch or dinner on this day. (Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday is included in the hotel reservation for these days.)
I will organize my accomodation elsewhere.
Please remember to register for any meals at the hotel check-in desk.
